It seems that my adventures in blogging are having a difficult time keeping up with my adventures in cooking. Let me tell you, I have been busy. And I have been more prolific than ever. But I have also been busy outside of the kitchen which has lead me to neglect this here blog. Never fear, I will get back on track.

Saturday:

1 breakfast burrito with slow-cooked black beans and homefries from the Dish
1 curried chicken sandwich on an organic pita
1 pizza from Piecora's with pepperoni, onion, green pepper and pineapple (thank you, Sarah)
a lot of red wine

Sunday:

1 french press full of Vivace brew
brunch at the Kingfish - Friday was not enough: grits, scrambled eggs, sausage and a biscuit the size of Georgia
braised tofu baguette from the Baguette Box and french fries
