Up-coming projects

I'm spending Sunday morning browsing through cookbooks and making a list for myself and you of things I am going to try my hand at, either for the first time or for the first time in a long while. This is what we all have to look forward to:

Homemade pizza, including the dough
Shrimp n' grits
Homemade pasta (equipment needed)
Coq Au Vin

I think this list will keep me busy for a while.
